Each reminder can also use its own sound — pick one from the dropdown on its card, or leave it on the default.
Protein target ~55 g/day now, rising to ~75–90 g by the third trimester. Fish 1–2×/week (rohu, katla, pomfret — never surmai or shark).

Breathe gently — never force or strain. Stop if you feel dizzy, breathless or lightheaded. Long breath-holds are best avoided in pregnancy, so these presets keep holds short or skip them.

WHO recommends at least 8 antenatal contacts (≤12, 20, 26, 30, 34, 36, 38, 40 weeks). Private practice in India usually means monthly visits to 28 weeks, fortnightly to 36, then weekly.
Indian women have a markedly higher risk of gestational diabetes than most other groups, so India screens at the first visit as well as at 24–28 weeks. The DIPSI test is a non-fasting 75 g glucose drink; 2-hour value of 140 mg/dL or above means GDM. Keep low-GI foods — millets, jamun, whole fruit rather than juice — as the everyday default.

Mood swings are ordinary in pregnancy. But if low mood, worry or loss of interest lasts most days for more than two weeks, it's worth telling the obstetrician — it's common, and it's treatable.
